Baked Sockeye Salmon with Dill Sauce
Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the most basic ingredients, when combined, can make for an incredible meal. This is one of those. Combining plain greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, and a little salt and pepper, takes the simplest piece of fish to the next level.

Instructions
  1. Combine greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so flavors can meld together
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  4. Thaw and pat dry the sockeye salmon fillets
  5. Place on a baking sheet, skin side down
  6. Lightly brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  7. Place in oven for 6-8 minutes
