Sockeye Salmon Fillets, skin removed

kosher salt

Marithyme Ocean Spice Blend

Romaine Lettuce

Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions
Thaw, pat dry, and remove skin
Season fillets with kosher salt and Ocean Spice Blend
Heat skillet over medium high heat
Blacken fillets 2 minutes per side, Set aside to cool
Chop lettuce, tomato, and grate cheese
Toss lettuce in Caesar dressing
Plate lettuce and top with tomatoes, cheese and croutons. Add black pepper to taste
Top with salmon fillet and Enjoy!
