Peeled, Deveined, Cooked, and Chopped

Instructions
Peel and Devein Shrimp
Boil a large pot of water. Add 1 tbsp Kosher salt
Add shrimp and turn off heat. Cook for 2 minutes
Remove shrimp from hot water and immediately place in a bowl of ice cold water
Once shrimp have cooled, chop up into small pieces
Add chopped shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, relish, seasoning and mix thoroughly
Toast or grill a buttered hot dog bun, or other bread of choice
Spoon shrimp salad into bun and add a squeeze of lemon
