  1. Thaw Ahi Tuna Steaks
  2. Pour 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce on each side of the steak and generously coat with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Pat seasoning to ensure it sticks to fillet
  3. Heat Avocado Oil in cast iron skillet until it begins to smoke (yes, smoke, you need it HOT!)
  4. Sear for 1 minute, flip, and sear other side for 1 minute
  5. Remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes
  6. Slice against the grain and plate over smashed avocado and pineapple salsa
