Wild Sockeye Salmon is one of the most versatile fish in the kitchen. Want something quick? Try broiling them for a maximum of 3 minutes. If you’re more of the grilling kind of chef, cook your wild Alaskan salmon at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Or if you want to try pan searing, cook them over medium heat for 1 minute on the flesh side, then 3 minutes on the skin side.
