Our Pacific Cod is ethically and sustainably sourced from the Yakutat and Cook Inlet areas of Alaska. They are caught, processed, and frozen within 24 hours of harvest to ensure flavor, texture, and nutrition.

Cooking Tip:
Drizzle with Olive oil or melted butter. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet for a simple, healthy meal.
