Blackened Sockeye Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Sockeye Salmon Fillets, skin removed
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp Marithyme Ocean Spice Blend
  • 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Large Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Cup Croutons

Instructions

  1. Thaw, pat dry, and remove skin from salmon fillets.
  2. Season fillets with kosher salt and Ocean Spice Blend.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Blacken fillets for 2 minutes per side, then set aside to cool.
  5. Chop lettuce, tomato, and grate cheese.
  6. Toss lettuce in Caesar dressing.
  7. Plate lettuce and top with tomatoes, cheese, and croutons. Add black pepper to taste.
  8. Top with blackened salmon fillet and enjoy!
