Blackened Sockeye Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Sockeye Salmon Fillets, skin removed
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp Marithyme Ocean Spice Blend
- 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Large Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup Croutons
Instructions
- Thaw, pat dry, and remove skin from salmon fillets.
- Season fillets with kosher salt and Ocean Spice Blend.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Blacken fillets for 2 minutes per side, then set aside to cool.
- Chop lettuce, tomato, and grate cheese.
- Toss lettuce in Caesar dressing.
- Plate lettuce and top with tomatoes, cheese, and croutons. Add black pepper to taste.
- Top with blackened salmon fillet and enjoy!
