After close to a decade of guiding fishermen on the rivers of Southwest Alaska, Thomas had perfected his “shore lunch”. Freshly caught salmon, seasoned with his own blend, and then cooked over an open fire. Our Ocean Spice Blend is an homage to his shore lunch blend and was designed to compliment all of our seafood varieties, as well as other meats and vegetables. With hints of cayenne pepper, lemon zest, and thyme, our spice blend is the perfect blend for everyday use.
