Gulf Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Marithyme Gulf Shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked, and chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced small
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 2 tablespoons Alchemy Spice "The Big Deal"
- 1/3 cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 4 buns or bread of choice
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of kosher salt.
- Add the shrimp to the boiling water, then immediately turn off the heat. Let the shrimp cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the hot water and transfer them to a bowl of ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, relish, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- Toast or grill a buttered hot dog bun (or other bread of choice).
- Spoon the shrimp salad into the bun and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Tips
- For an extra crunch, add diced red onion or bell pepper.
- Swap out Duke's mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Serve with a side of coleslaw or crispy fries for a complete meal.
