Miso Teriyaki Broiled Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce MSC Halibut Fillets
- 1 tbsp White miso paste
- 2 tbsp Veri Veri Teriyaki marinade
Instructions
- Thaw the halibut fillets and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Pat dry the fillets.
- Mix together miso paste and teriyaki marinade in a bowl.
- Spoon the miso teriyaki mixture liberally over the halibut fillets.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes.
- Turn the oven to high broil and broil for 2 minutes or until the marinade begins to caramelize.
- Remove from the oven and plate with your side of choice (our personal favorite is pearl couscous!).
