Caught in the cold, clean waters of Alaska, our Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified Pacific Cod is the perfect white fish for any application. The flaky texture, accompanied with the mild, almost sweet flavor, creates a meal that is sure to shine above the others.

Our Pacific Cod is ethically and sustainably sourced from the Yakutat and Cook Inlet areas of Alaska. They are caught, processed, and frozen within 24 hours of harvest to ensure flavor, texture, and nutrition.

All of our orders are shipped in 100% recyclable, eco-friendly packaging via UPS. We use dry ice in all of our shipments to ensure your order reaches your door still frozen. Sometimes your order may arrive and the dry ice has sublimated (aka evaporated). If your fish is still frozen, place gently in your freezer and enjoy! How To Cook

Probably the most finicky fish to cook, the lean nature of Pacific Cod, often leads to a dry fish. Use a meat thermometer, to reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees. Best poached or fried, wet cooking helps mitigate the fish from drying out.
