Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon are one of the most versatile fish in the kitchen. Want something quick? Try broiling them for a maximum of 4 minutes. If you’re more of the grilling kind of chef, cook them at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Or if you want to try pan searing, cook them over medium heat for 2 minute on the flesh side, then 4 minutes on the skin side.
