Sometimes your order may arrive and the dry ice has sublimated (aka evaporated). If your fish is still frozen, place gently in your freezer and enjoy! In the unfortunate case your order has thawed, please contact us via email immediately to discuss a replacement order or reimbursement. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
