Miso Marinated Black Cod (Sablefish)

Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce Black Cod (Sablefish) portioned
  • 1 tbsp White miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Veri Veri Teriyaki marinade

Instructions

  1. Thaw the Sablefish portions and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Pat dry the fillets.
  3. Mix together miso paste and teriyaki marinade in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the miso teriyaki mixture liberally over the Sablefish fillets.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn the oven to high broil and broil for 2 minutes or until the marinade begins to caramelize.
  7. Remove from the oven and plate with your side of choice (try over high quality Ramen noodles).
