Haddock:
- 2 fillets of Haddock, thawed
- 1 large russet potato, grated
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
Lemon Butter Cream Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 1-2 Tbsp flour
- Salt to taste
