Haddock:

  • 2 fillets of Haddock, thawed
  • 1 large russet potato, grated
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten

Lemon Butter Cream Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • 1-2 Tbsp flour
  • Salt to taste
