Baked Sockeye Salmon with Greek Yogurt Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz MSC Sockeye Fillets
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thaw and pat dry the sockeye salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Lightly brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

Serve alongside wild rice and sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
