Baked Sockeye Salmon with Greek Yogurt Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz MSC Sockeye Fillets
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw and pat dry the sockeye salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down.
- Lightly brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
