Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce MSC Halibut Fillets
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (melted or softened)
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp dried parsley
  • 1.5 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Thaw and pat dry halibut steaks.
  3. Mix together butter, lemon, onion powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Brush over halibut fillets.
  4. Grill until halibut begins to flake easily with a fork, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
