Grilled Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce MSC Halibut Fillets
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (melted or softened)
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp dried parsley
- 1.5 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thaw and pat dry halibut steaks.
- Mix together butter, lemon, onion powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Brush over halibut fillets.
- Grill until halibut begins to flake easily with a fork, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
