If you’re more of the grilling kind of chef, cook your wild Alaskan salmon at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Or if you want to try pan searing, cook them over medium heat for 1 minute on the flesh side, then 3 minutes on the skin side.

Halibut is the largest of the flounder/ flatfish species. With an average size of 20-30 pounds (some have been known to exceed 600 pounds!) they are lean, mild, and sweet. Most would describe Halibut as a flaky white flesh that is firm but tender. Revered by home chefs and professionals alike, Alaska halibut is best when grilled or sautéed, but can also be used, as it is famously done so in Alaska, for “Halibut & Chips”. Trust us, you won’t be disappointed!
