Sockeye Salmon Poke Bowl
If you love sushi, you will love Poke! I personally don’t have the skill to roll sushi so this is an easy way to impress, with out the frustration! This is a raw dish, but if you don’t like eating raw salmon, quickly sear or poach the cubed salmon.
Instructions
Prepare/cut all of the vegetable as described
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and half of the green onion.
Marinate prepared salmon in mixture for 1 minute
Divide the rice and all ingredients evenly between 4 bowls
Garnish with black sesame seeds
