Wild Caught Alaskan Halibut

Get the Best Alaskan Halibut from Marithyme Seafood Co.

Alaskan Halibut is the largest of the flounder/ flatfish species. With an average size of 20-30 pounds (some have been known to exceed 600 pounds!) they are lean, mild, and sweet. Most would describe Halibut as a flaky white flesh that is firm but tender. Revered by home chefs and professionals alike, Alaska halibut is best when grilled or sautéed, but can also be used, as it is famously done so in Alaska, for “Halibut & Chips”.
