Nothing says summer is here like firing up the grill. Halibut is available year around and is one of our favorites (right next to salmon) on the grill. Keep it simple, or mix together this delicious blend of spices to kick it up a notch. If butter is out of your diet, just substitute with avocado or olive oil.
Preheat grill to medium heat
Thaw and pat dry halibut steaks
Mix together butter, lemon, onion powder, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Brush over halibut fillets.
Grill until halibut begins to flake easily with a fork. Approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
