Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Marithyme Gulf Shrimp Peeled, Deveined, Cooked, and Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery Diced small
- 2 Tbsp Dill Relish
- 2 Tbsp Alchemy Spice "The Big Deal"
- 1/3 Cup Dukes Mayonnaise
- 4 Buns or Bread of Choice
- 1 Lemon Cut into wedges

Instructions
- Peel and Devein Shrimp
- Boil a large pot of water. Add 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- Add shrimp and turn off heat. Cook for 2 minutes
- Remove shrimp from hot water and immediately place in a bowl of ice cold water
- Once shrimp have cooled, chop up into small pieces
- Add chopped shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, relish, seasoning and mix thoroughly
- Toast or grill a buttered hot dog bun, or other bread of choice
- Spoon shrimp salad into bun and add a squeeze of lemon
