Ingredients
- 2 8 Ounce Steaks Ahi Tuna
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any high smoking point cooking oil
- 1 Avocado Smashed
- 2 Cups Coarse Pineapple Salsa

Instructions
- Thaw Ahi Tuna Steaks
- Pour 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce on each side of the steak and generously coat with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Pat seasoning to ensure it sticks to fillet
- Heat Avocado Oil in cast iron skillet until it begins to smoke (yes, smoke, you need it HOT!)
- Sear for 1 minute, flip, and sear other side for 1 minute
- Remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes
- Slice against the grain and plate over smashed avocado and pineapple salsa
